Role: What is It?

The Design and Content Specialist at Hawn Consulting plays a crucial role in supporting our Creative Lead and Content Marketer across a range of design and content initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of creative and technical skills, with responsibilities spanning graphic design, web wireframing, social media content creation, email marketing, and the development of marketing collateral. The Design and Content Specialist ensures that all visual and content elements are cohesive, on-brand, and aligned with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities: What They're Supposed to Get Done

The Design Specialist is tasked helping bringing content up and brands to life, supporting the creative lead and content marketing manager. Key responsibilities include:

Graphic Design: Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, marketing collateral, and email campaigns.

Web Design: Designing landing pages and websites alongside our web team.

Content Creation: Support the Content Marketer by designing and formatting blog posts, social media content, and other digital assets.

Email Design: Design and format email campaigns, ensuring they are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for engagement.

Collateral Development: Create marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and infographics, that effectively communicate our clients' value propositions.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Lead to brainstorm and execute creative concepts that align with client goals and brand guidelines.

Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and content resources for easy access and reuse.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in graphic design, web design, or a related field, preferably within marketing or creative agencies.

Design Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) and familiarity with web design tools like Figma or Relume.

Creativity: A strong creative flair with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs that resonate with target audiences.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present design concepts clearly.

Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring all design work is polished and aligns with brand standards.

Results: KPIs, Outcomes, etc.
