Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Human Resources Manager located in Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The HR Manager will oversee HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Responsibilities involve implementing HR policies, managing workplace surveys, conducting training and development programs, and advising on best practices in HR. The role demands active collaboration with organizational stakeholders to create and maintain a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Performance Management
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Workplace Culture Development
  • Proficiency in HR Training, Learning & Development, and Corporate Training Programs
  • Knowledge of HR Consulting, Workplace Surveys, and Talent Management practices
  • Familiarity with Employment Law and Regulatory Compliance
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Demonstrated experience in HR management, with a history of driving positive organizational outcomes
