Road Use and Third-Party Agreement Coordinator
, reporting to the Team Lead, Land. This is a
contract position
based out of the Calgary corporate office.
Role Summary
The Road Use and Third-Party Agreement Coordinator will support and manage all aspects of Road Use and Third Party Consents, as it relates to Harvest and industry requirements, including appropriate invoicing for use of Harvest road assets, payment of initial road use, and maintenance fees where Harvest utilizes third-party road assets. The role also ensures all third-party crossing requests are handled in a timely and conscientious manner.
Responsibilities
• Preparing and issuing Road Use agreements & Third Party Consents
• Invoicing of Initial Road Use Fees
• Invoicing of monthly maintenance fees
• Coding and approval of Road Use invoices where road use taken from third Party to ensure accuracy
• Reviewing existing Road Use Addendums and Crossing Agreements after one year to ensure fully executed documents & payment has been received or cancel the Addendums & Initial Invoices & Agreements if projects were cancelled
Qualifications
• Land Administration Certificate or equivalent experience
• Surface Land Administrative experience (road use and third party)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, AbaData, Outlook, CS Land
• Preference will be given to those with a working knowledge of Pandell Roads, Pandell Crossings and Energylink
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines
