We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with other team members will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders using the POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest services throughout the shift.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling purposes.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
