Blind Tiger Dumplings / Laowai is looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our expanding kitchen team for a new South Vancouver location opening in March 2026. We are currently looking for both prep cooks and line cooks with existing kitchen experience, and are looking for candidates who are can either work day or evening shifts, with shifts ending prior to 11PM and a majority off shifts starting mid morning.

Both full time and part time availability is acceptable for the role, but we are looking for applicants with structured schedules and time management skills as we cannot accommodate floating or rotating availabilities.

Successful candidates will be able to showcase a working history of structured kitchen environments and the ability to take direction working in a fast pace pace environment with experience in open kitchens as an additional asset.
