Job Summary

Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items following established recipes and standards
  • Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in all food preparation areas
  • Assist with meal assembly, plating, and presentation to meet quality standards
  • Maintain proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
  • Support kitchen staff during busy periods by assisting with food prep and cleaning tasks
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly
  • Follow sanitation protocols to uphold hygiene standards throughout the restaurant

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
  • Experience with serving customers in a fast-paced setting is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward customer service
