Job Title: Supply Chain Associate

Reports to: Supply Chain Manager

Type of position: Full-time

JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of the role is to support both internal and external customers with inventory movement, logistics planning and routing, picking, transfers, cycle counts, shipping, receiving along with parts calls and sales.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

· Customer service counter and parts calls to provide internal and external customer support.

· Planning and picking routes for delivery drivers. Logistics coordinating fill in.

· Dispatch truck drivers using Geotab system

· Cycle counts as needed and assist with trouble shooting inventory issues.

· Shipping, Receiving, Transferring Inventory

· Fill and ship replenishment picks for trucks and warehouses

· Organize, Plan and Stock shelves

· Loading and Unloading trucks with pallet trucks and forklift

· Preparing and picking of maintenance items.

PERFORMING OR OTHER RELATED DUTIES

· Communication and meetings

· Continually learning and growing in product knowledge

· Attend training as prescribed.

· High initiative and self-motivation, enjoys challenges.

· Attention to detail, checks and balances

Works well within team environment as well as alone with little supervision.

· Ability to perform under pressure.

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent time management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRMENTS

· Previous experience in Customer Service an asset

· Computer Skills at the intermediate to advanced level

· Track record of managing in a high-volume SKU setting

· Experience in Agriculture/Dairy Industry an asset

· Lift up to 50LBs

· Experience in Inventory / Warehouse environment

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

· Attention to detail, checks and balances.

· Goal Oriented.

· Dispatching or Logistic Coordination experience is a strong asset

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

· High School Graduate

· Valid G Driver's License with clean abstract

· AZ or DZ license an asset but not required

Pay: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
