This role offers exposure to multiple facets of our business, including logistics, inventory management, and client interaction, preparing you for a future career in agribusiness.
**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**Business Operations: Understand how products move through the supply chain, from order processing to delivery. Assist with documentation, invoicing, and inventory reconciliation.
- Customer Service: Communicate with customers and team members to answer questions, take orders, and ensure accurate information flow. Learn best practices for building strong client relationships.
- Administrative Skills: Gain proficiency in office systems and tools (Microsoft Office, data entry, record management). Support daily office functions such as preparing reports and maintaining files.
- Industry Knowledge: Learn about fertilizers, chemicals, seed products, and grain grading standards. Participate in blending and inventory processes to understand product quality and compliance.
- Professional Development: Prepare and deliver a final presentation summarizing your experience, growth, and career goals.
** WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**
Must be currently enrolled in a related college or university program, and be returning to school in the Fall.
- Must have a valid G driver’s license, a satisfactory driving record.
- Must possess a valid passport and any required visas to travel to the United States and be able to travel independently.
- Mandatory attendance at the Exploring Agriculture Conference in Bloomington, IL, May 18th and 19th, 2026 (plus possibly the day before and after, as necessary for travel.)
