This role offers exposure to multiple facets of our business, including logistics, inventory management, and client interaction, preparing you for a future career in agribusiness.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Business Operations: Understand how products move through the supply chain, from order processing to delivery. Assist with documentation, invoicing, and inventory reconciliation.
• Customer Service: Communicate with customers and team members to answer questions, take orders, and ensure accurate information flow. Learn best practices for building strong client relationships.
• Administrative Skills: Gain proficiency in office systems and tools (Microsoft Office, data entry, record management). Support daily office functions such as preparing reports and maintaining files.
• Industry Knowledge: Learn about fertilizers, chemicals, seed products, and grain grading standards. Participate in blending and inventory processes to understand product quality and compliance.
• Professional Development: Prepare and deliver a final presentation summarizing your experience, growth, and career goals.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Must be currently enrolled in a related college or university program, and be returning to school in the Fall.
• Must have a valid G driver's license, a satisfactory driving record.
• Must possess a valid passport and any required visas to travel to the United States and be able to travel independently.
• Mandatory attendance at the Exploring Agriculture Conference in Bloomington, IL, May 18th and 19th, 2026 (plus possibly the day before and after, as necessary for travel.)
