We're looking for an Integrated Brand Manager to lead seasonal marketing initiatives that drive results and amplify Moose Knuckles' global brand presence. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role owns the strategy and execution of hero campaigns, product launches, and special initiatives, making bold ideas even bigger through seamless cross-functional collaboration.
You'll be the heartbeat of integrated brand storytelling—translating creative vision into campaigns that move culture and deliver business impact. From concept to execution, you'll connect dots across Brand, Creative, E-Commerce, PR, and Retail teams, ensuring Moose Knuckles shows up with heat, consistency, and cultural relevance across every channel and region.
This is a role for a strategic marketer and creative orchestrator who thrives at the intersection of ideas, execution, and impact.
Some of what you'll do:
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Moose Knuckles' seasonal global campaigns, ensuring cohesive storytelling across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Build and execute omnichannel marketing programs that integrate digital, retail, social, and experiential activations under a unified creative vision.
- Own our brand 365 calendar ensuring alignment and real time visibility across the organization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, PR, E-Commerce, and Retail teams to deliver campaigns that blend creative excellence with commercial objectives.
- Manage the seasonal marketing calendar, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional workflows to ensure timely and aligned execution.
- Support regional marketing teams with adaptable campaign assets and toolkits, ensuring global consistency while enabling local relevance.
- Concept and execute high-impact special projects and cultural initiatives that build brand heat, strengthen consumer connection, and reinforce Moose Knuckles' position as a creative leader..
Some of what you'll need:
- 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle categories, including ownership of global or multi-market campaigns.
- Proven ability to lead integrated marketing programs from concept to execution across multiple channels and platforms.
- Strong grasp of brand strategy, creative briefing, and campaign development within fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
- Experience managing agency and partner relationships with a track record of driving alignment and excellence.
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen—able to connect creative ambition to measurable results.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills, including the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital ecosystems including social media, CRM, and performance marketing.
- Curiosity and openness toward AI-powered marketing tools and emerging technologies that scale creativity and personalization.

Given the international nature of our business and of this position, the candidate will be required to communicate effectively, on a regular basis, with various stakeholders (co-workers, colleagues, customers, suppliers, etc.) located in Canada outside Quebec or throughout the world. Proficiency in languages other than French (notably, English) will be an asset for the successful candidate.
