Senior Workday Solution Developer

You are familiar with enterprise SaaS software and have direct experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Document Transformations (XSLT), DIS, EIBs, Workday Extend and the entire universe of Workday technologies. What's the Opportunity?

You will work directly with our enterprise clients to design, build, test, and implement workflow automation solutions that will help put Workday at the center of the organization's application ecosystem. You will be proud to showcase how you are able to develop solutions that address the needs of our clients by employing a dynamic and flexible toolkit of best-of-class technologies.

You will work on a wide variety of client-specific integration projects and will have the opportunity to learn and apply best practices of enterprise data integration, workflow automation, and application development. You will work with a dynamic team of client experts in HR, Finance, and IT alongside other Dispatch members to implement creative solutions for hard business problems.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a developer of enterprise integration solutions using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Document transformations (XSLT), DIS, Extend, and EIB's

• Workday Integration and Studio certifications are strongly preferred

• Workday certified in HCM, Payroll and/or Financials are strongly preferred

• Demonstrated mastery of the Workday environment and can navigate Workday with ease and confidence, including reporting, calculated fields, etc.

• Proficient in one or more software development languages, such as Python, Ruby, C#,  or Java

• Direct experience with human capital and financial management systems

• Comfortable interacting directly with clients - both in technical and non-technical roles

• Proven technical competencies combined with a demonstrated understanding of business processes

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

• Bachelor's Degree in technical, business, or financial discipline or relevant field of study
