Role Description
This full-time, role for a Condominium Administrator/Receptionist is located in Toronto, ON.
Qualifications
- Customer service and interpersonal communication skills; ability to effectively interact with residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Time management and organizational skills; capability to prioritize tasks and manage administrative duties.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities to handle inquiries, resolve concerns.
- A high level of reliability, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional setting.
- Previous experience in property management, administration, or a receptionist role is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in property management and administration is an asset.
