Overview

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales / Counter Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, managing sales processes, inventory and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and familiarity with LED lighting and electrical products.

We are a leading lighting and electrical distributor serving businesses across Canada for over 45 years. We supply contractors, commercial clients, maintenance teams, and industrial customers with trusted LED lighting and Electrical products and knowledgeable support.

Only candidates with lighting and/or electrical industry experience will be considered.

We currently have an immediate opportunity for an experienced individual to join our team in an Order Desk / Counter Sales role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers at the counter, by phone or email.
  • Prepare and process orders, quotes, and product inquiries
  • Identify product solutions based on customer needs
  • Work collaboratively with outside sales account managers
  • Website reviewing
  • reponsible to carry out any other duties assigned by management
  • Support warehouse operations when required (picking, receiving, organizing stock)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the lighting and/or electrical industry is mandatory
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Computer literate with high level of accuracy
  • Able to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and team oriented
