The administration team of a renowned dance school is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Associate to provide exceptional administrative support and customer service. This position requires a proactive and organized professional who excels in leadership, communication, and documentation within a dynamic and artistic educational environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, execute, and coordinate various projects and school initiatives
  • Deliver exceptional customer care and service to students and parents
  • Lead and support administrative team operations with professionalism and initiative
  • Supervise and coordinate school events, performances, and activities
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the school
  • Serve as a key liaison between faculty and management
  • Provide class consultation and program guidance to families
  • Manage school facilities, classrooms, supplies, and administrative records

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in office administration and customer service
  • Proven leadership and team coordination skills
  • Exceptional documentation and record-keeping abilities
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish
  • Proficient in MS Excel and general computer operations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is an asset)
  • Experience in sales, Photoshop, or video editing is an advantage
