Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Listing Operations Coordinator to coordinate the workflow of bringing new supplier products from samples to live listings. The role focuses on team coordination, information management, quality control, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate clear communication across teams—including listing specialists, graphics, purchasing, and management—to ensure product features, specifications, and details are accurately conveyed.
  • Maintain and improve onboarding workflows, systems, and checklists for efficient product setup.
  • Test supplier product samples for quality, functionality, and suitability for listing.
  • Capture basic raw product photos and provide them to the graphics team.
  • Coordinate shipping packaging to ensure products are safe, compliant, and cost-efficient.
  • Review and proofread listings, including content, images, keywords, and data, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and customer engagement before approval.
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding overseas staff to support team growth and operations.
