Paid Media Specialist

Full time. On site in Montreal

About us

Manhattan International Trade is a Montreal based fashion group with multiple brands and seven ecommerce websites. We manage many advertising accounts on Meta and Google and we are looking for someone who can take ownership of our digital ad performance.

The role

You will manage our campaigns every day, test ideas, analyze results and help grow our brands. You will report directly to the ecommerce manager. We want someone who understands the platforms, knows how to scale winning campaigns and is comfortable working in a fast moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across the full funnel including top, mid and bottom funnel strategies

  • Build complete acquisition and retargeting structures for all ecommerce brands

  • Plan and launch campaigns for new collections, promotions, seasonal pushes and sales events

  • Create and refine audiences including lookalikes, interest groups, custom audiences and remarketing lists

  • Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR and other key performance metrics to guide decisions

  • Adjust bidding strategies using cost control approaches, manual bidding and automated strategies

  • Optimize creatives and messaging by running A B tests on images, videos, copy and landing pages

  • Oversee product feed quality for Shopping and Performance Max campaigns and flag issues

  • Suggest improvements to landing pages based on performance insights

  • Work closely with design and product teams to brief creatives aligned with each brand

  • Maintain accurate tracking through Google Analytics, pixels, events and conversions API

  • Analyze performance daily, detect issues quickly and recommend solutions

  • Prepare weekly or monthly reports for the ecommerce manager with insights and next steps

  • Stay informed about platform updates, attribution changes and new tools affecting performance

  • Keep documentation of best audiences, best creatives, funnel structures and optimization methods

Skills and experience

  • Two years of hands on experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads

  • Experience with Meta tools such as Ads Manager, Events Manager, conversions API and pixel setup

  • Experience with Google Ads including Performance Max, Shopping, Search and YouTube

  • Comfortable with Google Analytics and performance analysis

  • Experience in ecommerce is a strong plus

  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus

  • Ability to explain results clearly and act based on data

  • Organized, curious and able to learn quickly

  • Able to work in English. French is a plus

  • Based in Montreal and available on site Monday to Friday

Le rôle

Tu vas gérer nos campagnes chaque jour, tester des idées, analyser les résultats et contribuer à la croissance de nos marques. Tu vas travailler de près avec le gestionnaire ecommerce. Nous voulons quelqu'un qui comprend les plateformes, sait structurer et optimiser un funnel complet et aime un environnement dynamique.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer et optimiser les campagnes Meta Ads et Google Ads sur l ensemble du funnel incluant haut, milieu et bas de funnel

  • Construire des structures complètes d acquisition et de reciblage pour toutes les marques

  • Planifier et lancer des campagnes pour les nouvelles collections, promotions, événements saisonniers et ventes

  • Créer et ajuster des audiences incluant audiences similaires, intérêts, audiences personnalisées et listes de remarketing

  • Suivre le ROAS, le CPA, le taux de clic et d autres indicateurs afin d orienter les décisions

  • Ajuster les stratégies d enchères selon les objectifs en utilisant enchères manuelles et stratégies automatisées

  • Optimiser les créatifs et les messages en réalisant des tests A B sur images, vidéos, textes et pages d accueil

  • Surveiller la qualité du flux produit pour les campagnes Shopping et Performance Max

  • Proposer des améliorations de pages d atterrissage selon les analyses de performance

  • Collaborer avec l équipe design et produit pour préparer des visuels alignés avec chaque marque

  • Maintenir un suivi précis avec Google Analytics, pixels, événements et conversions API

  • Analyser la performance quotidiennement, repérer rapidement les problèmes et proposer des solutions

  • Préparer des rapports hebdomadaires ou mensuels pour le gestionnaire ecommerce avec recommandations

  • Suivre les mises à jour des plateformes, changements d attribution et nouveaux outils pertinents

  • Documenter les meilleures audiences, les meilleurs créatifs, les structures de funnel efficaces et les pratiques d optimisation

Compétences recherchées

  • Deux années d expérience en gestion de campagnes Meta Ads ou Google Ads

  • Connaissance des outils Meta tels que Ads Manager, Events Manager, conversions API et configuration du pixel

  • Connaissance de Google Ads incluant Performance Max, Shopping, Search et YouTube

  • À l aise avec Google Analytics et l analyse des données

  • Expérience en commerce électronique est un atout important

  • Expérience dans l industrie de la mode est un plus

  • Capacité à expliquer clairement les résultats et les actions recommandées

  • Sens de l organisation, curiosité et capacité d apprendre rapidement

  • Capable de travailler en anglais. Le français est un plus

  • Basé à Montréal et disponible en présentiel du lundi au vendredi
