Independent Residential Cleaning Contractor

We are currently hiring experienced residential cleaning contractors for standard cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out services. This is a flexible, independent contractor opportunity designed for professionals who take pride in their work and value autonomy in their schedule.

Position Overview

As a Residential Cleaning Contractor, you will:

  • Provide high-quality cleaning services in private residences

  • Follow cleaning checklists and client preferences

  • Manage your own schedule based on availability

  • Travel to job sites within your service area

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 1+ years of experience in residential cleaning or similar fields (e.g., hospitality, care homes, nannying)

  • A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license

  • Your own cleaning tools and supplies (or willingness to acquire)

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

  • Good communication skills (English required)

  • Ability to follow checklists and manage time independently

  • A smartphone and basic comfort with using mobile apps

  • Willingness to undergo a background check

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay: Commission-based (30–50% of job value)

  • Additional Pay: Tips, bonuses

  • Schedule:

  • Day shifts (Monday–Friday)

  • Optional weekend availability

  • Flexible hours — you choose your availability

Work Location

  • In-person at client homes within your designated local area
