Overview:

We are a new and fast-growing residential cleaning company looking to partner with reliable, experienced independent contractors to serve clients in Vancouver, North Vancouver, Richmond & Burnaby (with plans to expand to all of Metro Vancouver in the next 6 months).

As a contractor, you'll have the flexibility to accept jobs that work for your schedule, bring your own supplies, and get paid regularly, all while providing exceptional service to local customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform residential cleaning services including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and deep cleaning kitchens/bathrooms
  • Bring and use your own cleaning supplies and equipment (see list below)
  • Maintain professional communication with the company and clients
  • Provide a high standard of service with attention to detail
  • Ensure client satisfaction after every appointment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience
  • Must have your own insurance
  • Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment (see list below)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs if needed
  • Willing to undergo a background check (with consent)
  • Authorized to work in Canada
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including some weekends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Percentage-based payout per job (example: $300 job = $150 payout to you at a 50% rate) ($23-$32 per hour)

Important Notes:

  • This is an independent contractor position, not an employee role
  • Contractors are responsible for their own insurance (general liability coverage

recommended)

  • There is no guaranteed minimum number of jobs or hours
  • We start with part-time hours while building routes, and we're happy to grow you into full-time if you're looking for it.

Kitchen

  • Oven cleaner
  • Stainless steel cleaner (if appliances are stainless steel)
  • Baking soda
  • White vinegar
  • Warm water + dish soap (for stone countertops)
  • Soft scrub product for sinks

Bathroom

  • Toilet brush
  • Toilet bowl cleaner
  • Grout and tile cleaner
  • Grout brush / mini grout brush
  • Disinfectant cleaner
  • Soap scum remover

Living Room / Bedrooms

  • Glass cleaner
  • Long and short dusters (microfiber recommended)
  • Neutral floor cleaner
  • Vacuum
  • Extendable duster

Job Types: Casual, Freelance

Pay: $23.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
