Role Summary

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Sr. Operations Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations and support key logistics functions across retail and ecommerce. This position plays a leadership role within our operations team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a seamless flow of goods across all channels. The role will supervise 1–3 warehouse team members and collaborate closely with buying, ecommerce, and customer service departments.If you're career focused and excited about ecommerce operations, then we want to hear from you

Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Logistics and Warehouse Operations and working closely with cross-department leaders, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities — receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management
  • Supervise and train team members to maintain high performance standards
  • Oversee vendor POs, replenishments, returns, and ensure on-time delivery
  • Maintain accurate inventory data across Shopify, Lightspeed, ChannelAdvisor, and ShipStation
  • Monitor logistics KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and speed
  • Manage customer returns and ensure timely refunds or exchanges
  • Support seasonal planning and logistics forecasting
  • Liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Ensure workplace safety and continuous improvement across warehouse operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analysis or related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, warehouse, or logistics (retail/ecommerce preferred)
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience
  • Proficiency with Shopify, Lightspeed, ChannelAdvisor, and ShipStation (ERP experience an asset)
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
