Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, with some work from home acceptable. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and providing outstanding customer service. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, preparing reports, conducting meetings, and working collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth operations. The role may also involve traveling to client sites as required.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management and customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with workforce management systems or related technologies
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and enterprise-grade security measures
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in account management or a related role is a plus
