We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage key retailer accounts, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will bring energy, adaptability, and a proven track record in sales, preferably in promotional products.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow major retailer accounts; achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Prospect and contact potential customers, generating new business opportunities
  • Build and deliver effective sales presentations using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and detailed product pitches
  • Work closely with the Graphics, Operations, Warehouse, and Overseas teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
  • Develop closing strategies with the company VP to secure key deals
  • Maintain client communication, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Track inventory databases and forecast client needs
  • Generate leads through calls, networking, trade shows, and industry outreach
  • Represent the company at meetings, events, and presentations

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in sales (promotional products industry preferred), with existing client relationships an asset
  • Strong understanding of textiles and branded merchandise
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills- both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with online tools
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Driven, results-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable engaging with high-level decision-makers
  • Valid driver's license and passport
  • Bilingual in French is an asset
