We're expanding our B2B sales division and looking for motivated, people-oriented professionals who thrive in performance-driven environments and want to grow their income and influence.
About the Role
As a B2B Sales Associate, you'll build and maintain relationships with business clients and partners across industries, helping them access our luxury experience network for corporate events, executive travel, and premium lifestyle offerings.
You'll start with a $2,500/month base pay during the training period, with access to uncapped commissions as you progress. This role is ideal for confident communicators who value independence, professionalism, and high earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new B2B client relationships
- Present and tailor luxury experience packages to meet client goals
- Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities through CRM
- Attend business networking events and represent the brand
- Maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and service excellence

Compensation
- Base pay: $2,500/month during the initial period
- Commission: Uncapped, earn more as you perform
- Advancement: High performers may move into senior roles with enhanced compensation and benefits
