We're looking for motivated and personable Sales Associates who want to grow with a brand that rewards performance, confidence, and communication excellence.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll connect with clients interested in luxury experiences and represent one of the fastest-growing lifestyle companies in Canada. You'll begin with a $2,000/month base pay during your training period, with the opportunity to earn unlimited commissions as you develop your sales and client relationship skills.

This role is perfect for confident communicators who want flexibility, growth, and high income potential.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to and qualify potential clients for luxury experiences and services
  • Present and sell lifestyle packages tailored to each client's interests
  • Maintain client relationships and follow up on inquiries and leads
  • Attend events and represent the brand professionally
  • Track sales activity, goals, and progress in the company CRM

What We Offer

Compensation

  • Base pay: $2,000/month during the initial period
  • Uncapped commissions — you earn more as you perform more
  • High performers can transition into a long-term contract with added benefits
