The team at Appletree Dental for Kids - Don Mills located in North York, Ontario are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a full-time basis for a 12 month contract.

The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

Appletree Dental for Kids is a pediatric dental clinic dedicated to creating a fun, safe, and stress-free experience for children. Our team specializes in preventive and restorative care, offering sedation options and a kid-friendly environment designed to make every visit comfortable and enjoyable.

SCHEDULE:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday through Friday with up to two Saturdays per month
  • 12 month contract

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • No experience necessary
  • 1 year of experience is preferred as a Dental Receptionist
  • Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is an asset
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Open Dental is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset is required
