Duties

· Lead operator and coordinator for window cleaning, pressure washing, eavestrough cleaning, concrete/interlock sealing and polymeric sanding, deck staining and restoration projects. including planning and execution

· Ensure that work is completed to the highest standards and that clients are satisfied with the final product

· Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences as well as create caring relationships

· Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring that they are in good working order and properly maintained

· Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to on all projects

· Monitor the other employees work to ensure satisfactory results and push efficiency

· Support marketing efforts by promoting services to prospective clients and conducting on-site outreach to expand the client base.

· Focus 80% on property maintenance and 20% on marketing and sales activities, as directed.

Requirements

Experience with power tools and equipment

· 2+ years as a painter/window cleaner preferred but not necessary

· Physically fit and able to lift up to 75 lbs

· Willing and able to work up to 28' on a ladder (not often but sometimes)

· Excellent communication skills

· Professional appearance and personality

· Flawless attendance with references

· Ability to learn quickly and take on responsibilityExcellent communication skills

Job Type: Seasonal

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
