Job Description
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements for various business functions.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and relevant reports tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Analyze healthcare-related data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using business intelligence platforms.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting outputs.
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests and provide insights to assist with operational and strategic planning.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data, metrics, and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem solving and data analytic skills
