for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

  • 35+ hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday Standard Schedule with a Friday & Saturday Rotation

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2 years of experience is required as a Dental Administrator
  • Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as AbelDent is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
