Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Team Lead (Female) to join our janitorial team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on cleaning experience, especially with floor scrubbing, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support cleaning staff to ensure high-quality cleaning standards.
  • Perform detailed cleaning tasks, including floor scrubbing, sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
  • Ensure all assigned areas meet cleanliness and hygiene expectations.
  • Inspect work areas and report maintenance or supply needs.
  • Follow safety procedures and cleaning protocols.
  • Self-perform cleaning duties when required.
  • Work efficiently and independently with minimal instructions.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of professional cleaning or janitorial experience.
  • Must have floor scrubbing experience
  • Valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Personal vehicle preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead a small team and communicate effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.75-$25.00 per hour
