​​Enterprise Voice is a strategic customer advisory program that enables and accelerates the success of Data Cloud customers and product teams. Members of the Enterprise Voice team work closely with enterprise customers and with leaders across multiple product teams in high-impact, high-visibility engagements.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Principal Program Manager to join the Enterprise Voice team, and to help scale and expand the program. In this role you will be responsible for establishing and building relationships, understanding and communicating complex customer requirements, completing qualitative and quantitative research, and inspiring stakeholders across the Data Cloud organization to action through effective storytelling.

We're looking for someone who has deep hands-on technical experience with data estate implementations, and will understand what senior business and technical decision-makers in enterprise organizations look for as they invest in data and analytics platforms and services. The ideal candidate will also have experience shipping commercial software, and understand the complexities of delivering customer-delighting products and services. Although this is primarily a non-technical role, we're looking for someone who has "been there and done that" and who can engage in depth with both customer and product group stakeholders on a broad range of strategic and tactical topics.
