The main tasks:
Business Development (≈50%)
- Identify and prospect new clients in the industrial sector and other strategic markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize opportunities.
- Negotiate service agreements and ensure client satisfaction.
- Attend networking events and represent the firm with business partners.
- Contribute to growth objectives by offering tailored HR solutions.
Recruitment & Talent Management (≈50%)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting, pre-screening, interviews, and placement.
- Promote opportunities to candidates and build lasting relationships.
- Conduct client site visits to understand work environments.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful onboarding and compliance with safety practices.
- Handle administrative follow-ups (schedules, timesheets) when required.

- Proficiency with MS Office tools.
- Driver's license and access to a vehicle for client visits.
