POSITION:

Office Manager

2 Years

40 hours per week (-1 Hr. per day/lunch break)

2 weeks of paid vacation

10 days of sick leave per year

Paid Monthly, salary negotiable depending on experience

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Take payments, balance batch & deposit daily.

Respond tp calls, book connects & service calls.

Sales of Cable/Internet/Phone/DCTS/HD/Upgrades.

Track DCT previews, call customers for payments.

Prepare equipment for the technicians daily, send faulty equipment to repair.

Create work orders (connect,disconnects,non-pays & service calls)

Set daily schedule for technicians, report technical problems.

Charge/credit accounts as needed, add & delete to collections list.

Create and air advertisements on our advertising channel.

Print collateral, poll PPV and charge as needed.
