As an Account Manager you will be responsible for:

- Managing and overseeing all aspects of production chemistry supply and service contracts to ensure successful delivery to our customers
- Providing on-site technical guidance and support for production operations, process engineering and commercial and operational queries
- Monitoring, troubleshooting and optimizing of chemical treatment programs to provide support to the production operations group
- Preparing of technical reviews and proposals of new chemical solutions to share with our customers
- Preparing budgets and reporting on chemical performance and environmental compliance KPI’s to our asset operators
- Organizing routine production chemical reviews and selection activities to verify changing customer needs

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have a High School Diploma and 4 years of related oil field experience
- Have an in-depth knowledge of oilfield process and production chemistry
- Must be willing and able to present information to all levels of the organization in a clear and concise manner
- Proven track record of building trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers
- Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions
- Must be proficient in the use of MS Office, (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to lead and influence others that are not direct reports
- Must be willing and able to work outside during challenging seasonal weather conditions

- Monday -Friday (8am - 5pm) must be willing and able to support the business as needed after hours and potentially weekends/holidays
