What are we looking for?
We are currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Relationship Manager with specialized experience in the Non-Film and TV industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility to manage the relationship between our clients in order to sustain long-term successful business
- Act as liaison and guide for Accounts by serving as their primary point of contact – "Be The Face" - engage with and interact with accounts through regular communication and occasional site visits
- Identify new strategies and techniques to increase sales with existing accounts and seek out new sales opportunities with new customers
- Develop a clear understanding of individual client needs and preferences, and collaborate with the operations team to facilitate top-tier customer service throughout all deal stages
- Own process throughout deal stages from initial contact to wrap-up and closing of account
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM software and across full deal stages, from prospecting, throughout the sale, and scheduled follow-up for feedback and future opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date records of available equipment to drive fleet utilization across all product categories
- Sound understanding of Company products and services in order to arrange the right equipment at the right time for our clients
- Work interdepartmentally to ensure equipment availability and address any equipment inquiries with accuracy
- Striving for 100% client retention, increasing profitability per client and the continual nurturing and growth of a client
- Communicate, lead and support other team members and departments to ensure they understand client needs and the client delivery requirements for optimal success
- Openly support change and drive new sales processes through modernization, where required
- Work with AR from time to time to help pick up payment
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Film Production, Communications, or a related field.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Experience in relationship management, business development, and a client-facing/ sales management role
- Experience working with B2B clients and managing long-term customer relationships
- Awareness of market trends and innovations in event technology and services
- Works best in a team environment
Proven achievement in sales and client service
Sound knowledge of the Non-Film and TV industry, including production processes, funding models, market trends and the needs of the production industry clients
