We specialize in site servicing, underground utilities, trenching, grading, and bulk excavation. Position Overview

We're looking for experienced heavy equipment operators who can confidently run excavators, loaders, and related equipment on civil and municipal infrastructure projects. Successful candidates will have solid technical skill, awareness of underground hazards, and the ability to work independently or with a crew.

Responsibilities

  • Operate excavators, loaders, and related equipment for civil construction projects
  • Perform trenching, grading, shoring, and pipe-laying support
  • Work around utilities safely and efficiently
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
  • Assist ground crews when required to meet production goals
  • Follow company and WorkSafeBC safety policies at all times

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of heavy equipment operating experience in civil or underground work
  • Strong understanding of grades, trench safety, and excavation limits
  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence (air brake endorsement an asset)
  • Ability to read plans or follow grade stakes an asset
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded

Compensation & Benefits

  • $35–$45/hr, depending on experience and equipment proficiency
