Role Description

Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Secretary to support our busy real estate office. The ideal candidate will assist with documentation, scheduling, client communication, and day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations for our agents and clients. Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong communication skills and professional Phone Etiquette
  • Clerical skills for managing records, filing, and documentation
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other administrative tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in real estate or a related industry is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education preferred)
