Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Office Administrator at Verismo Health Inc. in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. The role involves providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The position may require working evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficient in JUNO EMR and appointment scheduling workflows
- Strong phone etiquette, interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance verification processes
- Prior experience in a medical clinic or healthcare environment is an asset
- Skilled in administrative support, including document handling and patient communications
- Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Must be located in or around the Kitchener, ON area and available for potential evening and weekend shifts as required.
