Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Serve food to customers efficiently and courteously
  • Assist in food presentation and plating to ensure visual appeal
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
  • Handle food safely, adhering to all health regulations and safety protocols
  • Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and ingredients
  • Follow proper food handling procedures during meal preparation and service
  • Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Skills

  • Proven experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food service environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques
  • Ability to perform meal preparation efficiently while maintaining quality standards
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers
  • Knowledge of the food industry trends and best practices in kitchen operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience with food handling, meal prep, and kitchen safety protocols is highly desirable
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new culinary skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$23.00 per hour
