**Job Overview**
The Sal is looking for someone to join our kitchen team We are seeking an enthusiastic team first individual who is comfortable in a bustling, hectic kitchen environment. We are looking for the individual, not the resume. Experience is an asset but not mandatory.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food handling and preparation practices comply with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Dishes, cleaning, maintain a proper and tidy station
- Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes, specials, and operational improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and communication skills (English)
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- A passion for meal preparation and creativity in presenting dishes.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
