As an Inside Sales Representative in the Ventilation Department, you'll support our contractor clients by preparing quotes, reviewing HVAC drawings and specifications, and helping ensure accurate, efficient order processing. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with technical curiosity, a solid grasp of math, and an eagerness to learn the ins and outs of ventilation products and sales.

What you will accomplish with us:

  • Assist with quoting and order entry for ventilation products.
  • Review mechanical drawings and specifications to prepare accurate quotations.
  • Coordinate internally with other departments to ensure project accuracy.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay current with training (provided).
  • Ensure work is double-checked and verified before submission.
  • Work independently and take ownership of your tasks.
  • Support the outside sales team — no direct contact with clients required.

What You Bring to Our Team:

We're not expecting perfection — but the following skills and traits will help you succeed:

  • Bilingual (English/French) – a strong asset, but not mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of HVAC systems or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to read technical drawings/specifications (mechanical/HVAC preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail – especially when working with numbers and product codes.
  • Comfortable with math and basic calculations.
  • Independent thinker – someone who can make decisions and manage their workflow without constant supervision.
  • Team player – committed to supporting the goals of the Ventilation Department.
  • Long-term interest in ventilation sales – not just a stepping stone to outside sales.
