Description

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys driving operational improvements, and is passionate about administrative excellence. The successful candidate will play a key role in billing operations, system administration, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

The areas of responsibility include billing, OTC as well as other administrative duties.

Responsibilities
  • Support process improvement and project management efforts within the Administration and Analytics team. 
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for administrative functions. 
  • Provide primary support for billing, OTC, and other administrative activities. 
  • Continuously look for ways to drive improvement within their functional area as well as the larger organization
  • Support day-to-day functions of the Administration team
Qualifications
  • Succession completion of a post-secondary education (bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Must be team oriented and an independent self-starter
  • Experience in Transportation & Logistics Industry would be considered an asset
  • Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement strategy certification would be considered an asset
