Compensation: $55,000–$95,000+ per year (base + commissions)

Are you a proven sales professional with a passion for design? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can turn client conversations into closed deals? We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Designer who knows how to sell, build relationships, and guide clients through a premium design experience from concept to completion.

In this role, you'll partner with homeowners, designers, and builders to create stunning, functional kitchens—while using your sales expertise to drive revenue and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. You'll be supported by a knowledgeable, collaborative design team and a company that fabricates both cabinetry and stone countertops in-house, giving you a powerful advantage in quality, speed, and client confidence.

What You'll Do

  • Lead clients through the full design and sales process—from initial consultation to signed contract
  • Build strong relationships with walk-ins, referrals, and builder partners to consistently close new business
  • Create kitchen layouts and visuals using 20/20 Design software
  • Host showroom appointments to review concepts, present options, and guide clients to final selections
  • Ensure a seamless client experience by coordinating with our in-house production and installation teams

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in kitchen design and sales—you know how to close deals
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A creative eye with excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence presenting solutions and guiding clients toward decisions
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude

Bonus: Experience in 2020 Design, SketchUp, or other design software; background in home improvement, renovation, cabinetry, or interior design.
