Dartmouth NS BB R, Canada Ridgeback Basement Systems Full time $31,920 - $61,680 per year

Ridgeback Basement Systems is looking for a " Hunter" - sales support/follow-up, in office position, focused on contacting potential customers after an initial inspection by a System Design Specialist, assisting in closing sales with detailed proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction for waterproofing, foundation, and crawl space solutions.

This role focus' on converting leads into booked jobs by explaining product benefits and customized solutions for damp basements, using high-quality systems like WaterGuard drains and TripleSafe sump pumps.

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND TALENTS:

  • STRONG ability to speak clearly and confidently on the phone.
  • Experience with cold calling, lead generation, research, and client relationship management
  • Proven performance of engaging customers, presentation and some sales skills.
  • Exceptional organization and administrative results.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Skill in operating a personal computer / Ipad and programs.
  • Skill in verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English.
  • Ability to perform accurate data entry.
  • Possess talent and personal traits:
  • Utilize platforms such as Salesforce, Solution view, Sales view, update customer records

Part-Time
