We are expanding our team and seeking a Yard Logistics Supervisor & Trucker to help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Role Overview

As a Yard Logistics Supervisor & Trucker, you will play a critical role in ensuring that materials, equipment, and logistics are coordinated seamlessly between our yard, suppliers, and job sites. You'll oversee yard operations, manage inventory, and transport materials safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily yard operations, including equipment organization and material handling
  • Coordinate logistics for deliveries and pickups to job sites across Alberta
  • Operate trucks to transport concrete forms, tools, and supplies
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely deliveries
  • Enforce safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety excellence
  • Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with clean driving record
  • Class 1 or Class 3 considered an asset
  • Proven experience in flat deck trucking, logistics, or yard supervision (construction industry preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to safety and efficiency
