It’s a key ingredient that gives strength to concrete so that it doesn’t crack, ensuring buildings and infrastructure remain strong and stable for years to come. **What we offer**: - Full insurance coverage (health, dental, and vision) from day one; - Annual wage increases; - Employer-matching RRSP (4%); - Telemedicine program and employee assistance program from day one; - 5 sick days; - Reimbursement for annual fees for professional associations and other job-related memberships; - Physical activity reimbursement: $600 annually for physical activities to promote health and wellness; - Corporate discounts (ski resorts, golf, car rentals, furniture stores, etc.); - Training provided & opportunities for advancement. **About the Role - Your main responsibilities will include**: - Communicate daily production status with the Foreman/Production Manager; - Follow all ASA production procedures and drive continuous improvement initiatives; - Ensure compliance with shift start times and break schedules; - Act as a resource person and step in when necessary to support the team; - Perform additional tasks as assigned by management; - Ensure the proper maintenance of machines, trucks, trailers, forklifts, and office facilities; - Verify that all hauling equipment is roadworthy and safe to use; - Inform the Foreman/Production Manager of material needs for job sites; - Communicate any potential or actual health and safety risks to workers; - Enforce the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required; - Report any incidents or accidents directly to the Supervisor; - Enforce company health and safety rules, policies, and procedures; - Maintain a professional attitude at all times; - Engage actively with your role and team, clearly communicating expectations; - Celebrate employee accomplishments with recognition and praise; - Attend regular weekly meetings with the Production Manager to stay aligned with ongoing projects. - 2-3 years of experience in logistics and production processes, including planning for trailers and trucks; - A diploma in logistics or a related field; - Must be available to start early in the morning (4:00 or 5:00 AM) and be willing to work occasionally on Saturdays as needed; - Experience in a manufacturing environment; - Proficient computer skills. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Additional pay: - Bonus pay **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Dental care - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - RRSP match - Tuition reimbursement - Vision care - Wellness program Flexible language requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Day shift - Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Rocky View County, AB T1X 0K3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): - Are you available to start early in the morning, at either 4:00 or 5:00 AM on weekdays, and work occasionally on Saturdays as needed based on production requirements? **Experience**: - Logistics: 2 years (required) - production planning: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
