Property Management Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Management Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the property management team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. This positing requires a criminal record check and specific security clearance as a condition of employment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize property management software such to maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate property services for properties across Ontario including landscaping, trades, general maintenance, property reports and evaluations
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with property showings, leasing, and sales activities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate maintenance requests through a network of subcontractors
- Support administrative tasks including filing, document preparation, and office organization
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with property management software is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and sales processes
- Ability to handle data entry tasks with precision
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to read and write English required
Ability to read and write French is a plus
