The Role

We're hiring a
Manager, Market Education & Product Marketing
to own how OpenHouse is understood by the market and to raise the quality of conversations entering Sales.

This is an
education-first marketing role
with real accountability to sales outcomes.

You're not here to produce content for content's sake.

You're here to
teach the market, sharpen positioning, and improve decision quality
.

This Role Is Not

  • Not a quota-carrying sales role
  • Not performance / demand-gen marketing
  • Not "just generate leads" marketing
  • Not a junior execution role waiting for direction

What You'll Own

  • How builders think about pricing, demand, timing, and uncertainty
  • OpenHouse's core market narratives and positioning
  • Product messaging for new features and releases
  • The quality and clarity of conversations entering Sales
  • High-signal educational content (sessions, decks, videos, posts)

What You'll Do

  • Run webinars, events, and sessions that teach builders how to think about data-driven decisions
  • Translate complex analytics into clear, credible frameworks - data analysts looking for a shift in careers are welcome
  • Partner with Product on launches and positioning
  • Equip Sales with language, mental models, and proof points
  • Reduce wasted discovery calls through better upfront education
  • Drive sponsorships at conferences, speaking engagements and where you see opportunity to insert the brand.

Compensation

  • Base salary:
    $60,000–$80,000
  • Annual bonus:
    $7,000–$15,000, tied to company-level outcomes and the quality of sales conversations this role enables
  • OTE:
    $67,000–$95,000
  • Health & dental benefits (post-probation)

Bonus is influenced by sales cycle compression, reduction in misaligned pipeline, and quality of opportunities entering Sales & Engagement.
