The Role

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead the execution of our national marketing initiatives. This role replaces an outgoing manager and requires someone confident in taking ownership immediately and driving campaign rollouts, menu launches, event activations, and brand consistency across all touchpoints.

This role reports directly to the Marketing Director and is positioned to grow toward a director-level seat with performance.

What You'll Lead

  • Manage the national marketing calendar and rollout plans
  • Oversee menu proofing, copy approvals, and execution accuracy
  • Build rollout documents with timelines, asset lists, and operational instructions
  • Partner with Ops, Culinary, and suppliers to ensure successful in-restaurant delivery
  • Lead openings, seasonal campaigns, and key brand initiatives across markets
  • Manage vendors, photographers, designers, and production partners

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years in marketing, hospitality, consumer brand, or retail (multi-location experience preferred)
  • Strong writing, editing, and menu proofing skills must be confident in approvals
  • Experience driving timelines, communication flow, and accountability
  • Ownership mentality with clear communication, professional tone, and urgency

Where You'll Work

  • Based in our Downtown Calgary office, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Occasional evenings/weekends for launches, campaigns, or activations
  • Occasional travel across Canada as needed
