Our mission is simple: We make better doctors. We believe that by creating unforgettable, entertaining, and academically rigorous events for clinicians writing the Canadian Family Medicine exam and in practice, we can leave them feeling confident, connected, and genuinely excited about medicine.

The Role: You are the artist defining the aesthetic of a medical education movement. Your job is to take rough sketches or ideas on medical topics and transform them into clean, professional, and accurate PowerPoint or Prezi slides, infographics, ads, and thumbnails for a national audience of physicians. Our medical education and marketing experts will provide you with text, and you will transform it into "TED-style" visual masterpieces. You are part Slide Architect (PowerPoint and Prezi), part CTR specialist (thumbnails & print ads), part Educational Designer (infographics, textbook covers)

This is NOT a typical creative design gig. We do not need new logos or brand re-inventions. We need execution & accuracy within an existing template.

The Workflow:

  • We send you a "Rough Draft" (either a photo of a hand-marked slide with edits or a plain text document with bullet points).
  • You update the Master PowerPoint deck or our Prezi presentations based on these instructions. Sometimes, this involves creating an infographic or thumbnail in InDesign and/or Canva.
  • You ensure perfect alignment, correct fonts, and source high-quality stock images where needed.
  • You format citations (we provide the URL; you make it look professional following our templates).
  • You provide the final editable document (.PPT, .IDD, .PDF).

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Detail-Obsessed: You will be handling medical guidelines (dosages, blood pressure targets). A typo here is dangerous. You must care about accuracy.
  • Template Loyal: You can follow a strict Master Style Guide without trying to "get creative" and break the consistency.
  • Scheduled Work: We plan our events well in advance. Most of the deadlines are set well in to the future. Rarely, we need someone who can help us meet a print deadline.
