Compensation: 100% Commission

Job Description:

We are hiring 3 experienced car salespeople for our used-car dealership in Scarborough. This is a commission-only role with strong earning potential, supported by an inventory of approximately 200 vehicles.

Requirements (Mandatory):

  • Valid OMVIC Salesperson License (required)
  • Proven experience selling cars (used or new)
  • Financing experience is an asset
  • Experience selling aftermarket products (warranties, protection packages, add-ons) is an asset
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to manage leads and follow up consistently

Responsibilities:

  • Sell vehicles from in-store, phone, and online leads
  • Conduct test drives and present vehicle features
  • Explain pricing, financing options, and aftermarket products
  • Close deals and complete sales documentation in compliance with OMVIC regulations
