We at Local 1794 we take pride in a tasteful and creative menu. We are looking for an experienced forward-thinking line cook who is passionate about culinary arts.

Looking for a self-motivated individual who can communicate effectively. The line cook will be responsible for managing all orders to the kitchen, preparatory duties, and line mise en place.

Job Requirements

* 2 years experience cooking in an upscale environment

* Experience with PASTA is required

* Experience with PIZZZ is required

* Experience with GRILL is required

*Experience with BRUNCH is required

* Excellent communication and organization skills

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment

* Dedicated to food quality and control

* Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards

* Demonstrate ability to attract and retain excellent performers and develop a high performing team
